Shipment

We use Australia Post eParcel system, unless specified otherwise on the item.

We are proud to say that we have never lost a parcel.

GST is included.

We post daily: Once every business day Monday to Friday.
Shipping occurs within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) after payment received (cleared funds) and processed.

Please note it requires a signature to be delivered. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, a card should be left in your mail box for pick up from your local post office or parcel centre.
Please contact them before you email us asking where your item is. You can use your consignment number which will be sent to you via email after we post your item.

Postage includes a packaging/handling component (packing / postage materials).

We will combine postage where possible to save you money so please do not edit items just pay the postage for each item or alternatively wait and we will send you a combined invoice. Please note Australia Post charges are based on a combination of the following: number of parcel; weight and cubic measurements; and the packing materials required.
